Established in 1972 to honour brothers and Methodist Ministers Cyril David and Ivan Wells Alcorn, our mission is to help individuals embrace Christianity and prepare them for service in The Uniting Church in Australia. We offer fellowships, scholarships, and grants and collaborate with similar organisations. Give online or apply now for grants of up to $3,000 to fund various activities. The Scholarship fund enables the support of theological students including at Trinity College Queensland through the Religious Faith and Belief Award and Rodney Eivers Scholarship. These initiatives aim to promote religious engagement, cultural understanding, and awareness of theology in contemporary Australian society. The award encourages interaction with faith, culture, and current affairs, while the bursary supports enrolled students in their pursuit of theological and scriptural scholarship. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are tax-deductible.

The Scholarship Fund enables the support of residential students, including at Raymont Residential College through the Jack Hooper Scholarship for Academic Excellence, the Grummitt Family Bursary, the Brecknell Equity Scholarship and the Christ Family Christian Scholarship for Christian Leadership. Recognising diversity, academic prowess, and regional challenges, these bursaries and scholarships support student growth and foster inclusive communities.
