A Harvest of Hearts at Albert Street Uniting Church

God is doing something amazing at Albert Street Uniting Church! What began in August 2025 as a Mandarin Bible study blossomed into a Mandarin-English 11am service just three months later in November 2025.

We witnessed God's hand moving with our very first adult baptism on opening Sunday. Following this month’s baptismal class, we are joyfully preparing to welcome more adults into the waters of baptism next month!

Our multi-ethnic and intergenerational congregation beautifully gathers believers from Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Because we also aim to raise God-fearing, Scripture-comprehending children, considerable effort has been devoted to "Children’s Time." This solid biblical teaching has also tremendously benefited many "baby" Christians!

We are learning a profound truth: when we cultivate a culture in which everyone’s attention is directed to God and nourished by a hunger for Scripture, cultural barriers and baggage can be overcome. We stand as witnesses that proclaiming God’s Word faithfully and courageously is the only way to bring genuine transformation of hearts.  Glory to God for this beautiful new chapter!
