The Executive Director Business Enterprises and Innovation provides leadership to the Uniting Church in Queensland in the areas of:
- Fundraising, Bequests and Grants
- Schools and residential colleges support
- Uniting Education Early Learning
- Mission Support Enterprises (Alex & Raymont)
- BDU
- Auchenflower site management

Grant WeaverExecutive Director, People, Culture and Learning
The Executive Director, People, Culture and Learning provides leadership to the Uniting Church in Queensland in the areas of:
- Human resources
- Industrial relations
- Workforce planning
- Culture
- Payroll
- Learning and development

The position works closely with the General Secretary and Moderator, providing strategic support and advice to ensure the delivery of the Office of the Synod’s Strategic objectives, completion and delivery of high-level projects and acting as a trusted partner with key internal and external stakeholders, including presbyteries, institutions and agencies. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the position, together with their team, will manage a Synod-wide stakeholder support program; and the Office of the General Secretary and Moderator. The position will also undertake projects as directed by the General Secretary.
