Redland City Uniting Church – a new amalgamation of five Congregations across the Redlands – is looking to call a Ministry Team Leader to provide strategic, missional, pastoral, and operational leadership. The role fosters a culture of encouragement, empowerment, and support in every member ministry. A strong, grounded theological understanding of Christian communities and mission in a contemporary urban context, and a demonstrated ability to lead Congregational strategic thinking and vision-casting and build a positive team leadership culture, are required.
