Moreton Rivers Presbytery and Blue Care are seeking a ministry agent to fulfil a linked placement of a congregational minister and aged care chaplain. The Blue Care Chaplain role of this placement is at Lawnton & Kallangur Residential Aged Care and will be 0.4FTE. It will include spiritual and pastoral care at both Residential facilities, in a team environment with volunteers and other chaplain/s.

The other part of the role is 0.4FTE Congregational Minister for Bracken Ridge congregation to give leadership to a vibrant, growing multi-cultural congregation of all ages. Further information regarding the congregational placement can be found in the position description.

The purpose of this placement is to provide and ensure chaplaincy services are ministries of compassion – caring for the emotional, spiritual and religious needs of staff, clients, residents and their families.
