Grant funding can help with the ability to deliver programs, events and projects across the Synod. Grants exist in a diverse range of categories including disaster recovery, community support and energy efficiency.

Grant writing though, can be time consuming and the application process can be challenging.

A successful application requires:

  • access to detailed information about the organisation making the application
  • sufficient information about the project for which the grant application is being made
  • the ability to prepare and submit a whole and complete application in timely manner to meet grant deadlines

Resources and tools will be provided to give congregations a greater capacity to apply for grants in an expedited manner so there is a higher chance of making a successful application.
