As part of the Presbytery Mission Program, five mission projects have been identified that will be profiled over the course of the next 18 months. The first of these is church planting with future projects including youth and young adults, multicultural ministry, Indigenous ministry and rural and remote ministry.

Four church plant case studies have been profiled in this video. Surf Church in Bargara near Bundaberg, Highfields Community Church near Toowoomba, Bells Neighbourhood Church in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast and Newlife Brisbane in the CBD.

To learn more about church planting, read the articles published in the most recent edition of Journey magazine.

How do I get involved?

You can give to support our Presbytery Mission Program as a congregational member or as a congregation. Your donations can be one-off or every month using our direct debit donation form.

You can also host fundraising events through your church for your mission project of choice.

All donations will go to the Presbytery Mission Fund and will be used to enable mission projects across the State, depending on where the need is greatest.

Give to the mission of church planting across Queensland. Help create a space for Tomorrow’s People to belong!

The missional impact of the Queensland Synod is greatly assisted by your generous support. We will provide feedback to all our donors regularly regarding the outcomes of our mission projects. All monies donated will go to the Presbytery Mission Fund.
