Her Majesty has launched a nationwide competition to find the perfect pudding for her jubilee and beyond. The winning pudding, henceforth to be known as the Platinum Pudding
Mark Flanagan, Head Chef at Buckingham Palace, shared some tips for the recipe: “keep it simple” and “think subtle and elegant.” A list of rules is available – key points including:
